The price includes the rent of all house, including kitchen, pool and gardens.

Minimum: two nights
High Season: July, August and New Year.
Medium Season: June, September, Carnival and Easter week.
Low Season: other months
Payment conditions: 50% when booking, last 50% when checking in.
If canceling the reservation:
– before 30 days: the client receives the money transfered
– less than 30 days checking in: the client doesn’t receive the 50% transfered
– during the day of the check-in: client pays all the value of the booking.
Check-in: from 3pm to 10 pm
Check-out: before 12h
Clients are responsible for all damages caused in the house and gardens during their stay at Casa da Póvoa.
